Simon Thang to Speak at the 18th Real Estate Law Summit

Simon Thang will be speaking at the Law Society of Ontario’s 18th Real Estate Law Summit on April 19, 2021. He will be discussing GST/HST issues relating to real property including rebates, exemptions, and self-assessments to an audience of over 1,000 lawyers via live webcast. This is the second time Simon has been invited to present at the Summit. In 2019, he delivered a paper on GST/HST and the assignments of purchase and sale agreements.
